The most photographed spot in Yosemite. The crown jewel view of the US National Parks. Its probably one of the most photographed spots in all the world. This week’s photograph is nothing spectacular, nothing special, in fact I implore you to seek out other (much better) versions of this photo before you seriously consider mine. What I would ask you to do is consider the fire that is raging very near to this spot and take responsibility along with the other 7.6 billion people on this planet. Other than being one of the thousands of professional Fire Fighters risking their lives for one of humanity’s natural wonders, do what you can to support their efforts or take action to support your local environment wherever that might be.
